1. Invitation to Offer
All products/services and information displayed on this website constitute an "invitation to offer". Your booking reservation constitutes your "offer", which is subject to acceptance or rejection by the HOTEL CROWN.
2. User Age Certification
The User certifies that he/she is at least 18 (eighteen) years of age or has the consent of a parent or legal guardian to make bookings.
3. Supersession of Agreement
These terms and conditions supersede all previous representations, understandings, or agreements and shall prevail notwithstanding any variance with other terms. By using our booking and online payment systems, you agree to be bound.
4. Pricing in Indian Rupees
All prices, unless indicated otherwise, are displayed and charged in Indian Rupees (INR).
5. Price & Service Modifications
All prices and availability of services are subject to change without prior notice at the sole discretion of the HOTEL CROWN.
6. Incorrect Pricing Rights
The HOTEL CROWN reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a room listed at an incorrect price, regardless of confirmation or credit card payment. If paid, it will be refunded and notified by email.
7. Credit Card Fraud Liability
In a credit card transaction, you must use your own credit card. The HOTEL CROWN will not be liable for card fraud. The onus to prove otherwise shall be exclusively on the user.
8. Cancellation Constraints
Requests for cancellations of bookings, once placed, are subject to our refund policy (must be claimed before 72 hours of check-in).
9. Mistakes in Booking Information
If booking delivery/allotment fails due to user mistakes (e.g. wrong name or details), any extra cost incurred by the HOTEL CROWN for rebooking shall be claimed from the User.
10. Lawful Use of Services
The User agrees to use the services provided by the HOTEL, its service providers, consultants, and contracted partners for lawful purposes only.
11. Authenticity of Information
The User agrees to provide authentic information. The hotel reserves the right to validate guest details at any point. If details are found to be false, the hotel may reject registration and cancel bookings.
12. Disclaimer of Liability
Hotel Crown will not be responsible for any damages suffered by users from the use of services on this site, including loss of revenue, delays, missed deliveries, or service interruptions caused by service enablers.
13. Use at User's Risk
The User expressly agrees that the use of online bookings and payment facilities is at their sole risk. The service is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind.
14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This agreement is construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any proceedings arising out of this agreement.
15. Transaction Authorization Limits
As a merchant, we bear no liability for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any transaction on account of the cardholder having exceeded pre-set limits.
